SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic Shipping: All orders within Canada qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping: For orders shipped outside Canada, a flat fee of CAD 50 per product will be applied. 

Carriers: We utilize reputable carriers such as FedEx and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Availability: It is essential that you or someone you trust is available at the delivery address to receive the package. We are not liable for packages returned or left unattended due to unavailability.

Remote Locations: If your address is in a remote area, please contact us with your full mailing details to arrange suitable shipping options. Additional fees may apply for remote deliveries, which will be communicated prior to shipping.


Customs and Duties: For international shipments, customs clearance may be required, and any applicable import duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.


Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 10 business days from confirmation. Please note that delays may occur due to transit or customs clearance.


Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. Ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchange Policy: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.


Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items, such as gift cards, and saris with detached blouses or tassling services, are non-exchangeable.


Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@manjalpattu.com with your order details and reason for the exchange within the 7-day window.


Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an exchange is processed, any associated costs (shipping, duties, etc.) will be deducted from your refund or exchange value.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately upon payment; therefore, cancellations are generally discouraged. If you need to discuss a cancellation, please contact our customer support team.

Special Orders

Special orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis for products that can be remade. Lead times may vary due to the handmade nature of our products.
