The borders in rust orange shot with black have diamond, mayil(peacock), manga(paisley) and geometric motifs in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a twill band flanked by a yaanai(elephant), parakkum kuthirai(winged horse), annam, rudraksham, floral, manga and stylised leaf patterns in gold zari.
